How to Enroll

Tuition & Fees Overview

At ChildScape Learn & Grow, we aim to make tuition straightforward and transparent, with policies that reflect our commitment to both quality care and family support. Our weekly tuition rates vary by age group and program type and are clearly outlined during enrollment. We offer flexible scheduling options, consistent billing practices, and dedicated support to help families plan confidently for their child’s care.

Annual Registration Fee

There is a one-time, non-refundable annual registration fee of $50 per child. This fee secures your child’s spot in our program and helps us prepare classroom materials and onboarding support for your family.

Tuition

Tuition is billed weekly and is based on your child’s age and scheduled attendance. All tuition payments are due on the first day of attendance each week, and accounts are considered late after Wednesday. We provide full tuition details during the enrollment process and are always happy to review them with you.

Vacation Policy

After your child has attended for 90 days, they are eligible for one tuition-free vacation week per year. This allows your family to take a break without losing your child’s enrollment. Any additional vacation weeks will require full tuition to hold your child’s place in the program.

Extended Illness

If your child is unable to attend due to illness for five or more consecutive weekdays, we offer a 50% tuition discount for that time period. This helps families manage the unexpected while keeping their child enrolled and supported.

Late Pick-up Fee

Our centers close promptly at 6:30 p.m. To support our staff and ensure a smooth end to the day, a late pick-up fee of $15 per child, per minute will be charged for any time beyond 6:30. Please notify us if you are running late—we understand emergencies happen and will always do our best to work with you.
