Cecilia Smith

Director – North Canton
With over 25 years of dedicated experience in the field of Early Childhood Education, I am passionate about fostering safe, nurturing, and enriching environments where young children can thrive. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and have spent my career developing and leading programs that spark curiosity, promote growth, and support the whole child. My background includes successfully managing and mentoring staff, designing developmentally appropriate curricula, and implementing innovative learning approaches that prioritize both education and joy. I am deeply committed to building strong partnerships with families and ensuring that every child feels valued, understood, and empowered during their formative years.

Community-Centered and Family-First

Even though both centers are often full, we continue to prioritize strong word-of-mouth referrals and community connection. We value open communication, transparency, and relationships that go beyond the classroom.

At ChildScape, you’re not just enrolling your child—you’re joining a team of partners committed to growth, belonging, and early learning done right.
